Henry J. Coleman, Jr., PhD (University of California at Berkeley, 1978) is an associate professor of management in the School of Extended Education at Saint Mary’s College of California. His work has been published in the Academy of Management Executive, Leadership and Organization Development Journal, California Management Review, Organizational Dynamics, and the Academy of Management Review. Dr. Colemans current research interests are in knowledge management and applications of complexity theory to organizations.
